I haven't been too impressed with my apartment. I moved in and the carpets looked very old and past time to be replaced, the tile in the kitchen needs to be replaced as well, my dryer didn't work-but they came very fast to fix it. As far as noise goes, I don't have any complaints. I live on the 2nd floor and have never heard any of my neighbors. I live by the pool and it can get loud but that's to be expected. Besides the pool noise, it's the quietest apartment I've lived in. The trash areas stink but it's mostly from stupid residents who put EVERY THING down the chute--and if it's too big they pile it outside the door. I've noticed them spraying down the area many mornings. Another thing I don't like is dealing with Qwest because they are an all Qwest community--and Qwest sucks! All in all-it's not the worst place to live but it certainly isn't the best either.
