Promenade Place has been great from the beginning. I've lived here almost a year now, and I like it just as much as when I moved in. The only issues I've had have been with guest parking (because residents park in the visitor parking for free) and they changed our apartment number, which was a little annoying, but was much needed.
The leasing agents here are wonderful, too. They are very helpful, even after signing the contract (which is rare!). Maintenance is pretty good, I actually got a water problem fixed right when I called about it at midnight.
The apartments themselves are great, with awesome amenities like granite countertops, crown molding, brushed steele appliances, computer rooms, washer & dryer free, free garbage disposal, and no monthly pet rent.
I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone. They're quiet, and the residents are mostly more mature adults & business people. The area is awesome, with Cool River & the Purple Martini right across the street, as well as upscale salons & restaurants. I'll be sad to leave!
