I live in Building 2. Both Building 2 and 3 are quite different from Building 1. The noise level is absolutely debilitating. Many people have moved out because the walls and the ceiling are paper thin. You feel like there is a 10 ton machine stomping on the ceiling. The Hallways were supposed to be carpeted and they are not and that causes disastrous noise. If you like sleeping at night you can just forget it. It is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Management is no help and they say "that is apartment life." Well no it isn't. Another problem is flooding from the air conditioning units their have been numerous floods which has devasted quite a bit of renters due to the fact their belongings have been ruined. The management blames it on running your conditioner at 65 or below. Come on! I repeat do not live here if you want a life of HELL!!!! There also has been numerous automobile break ins...and cars are parked in parking garages...security is not so good.

I have to agree with the poster above. I just found this site and I have to also warn people not to live here. The biggest thing I agree with is the noise level. The insulation is awful in the buildings across from the 8 story building. You can hear everything! The worst part is the person above you. I have talked to many people who live here and they also hae complained about the noise. I don't believe it is the residients fault but the way the apartment was constructed. From what I gather Finger Company spent way too much money on constructing Building 1 and ran out of money when they constructed building 2 and 3. The community tried to help the matter by installing installation in the kitchen and bathroom but that did not help at all. I was told by former management that there was alot of complaints about noise and there was nothing they can do...it is a structural problem. That manager of course was so honest that she is no longer with the company. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place...this is not the typical apartment community.....it is worse as far as noise. I would recommend that you don't live here. But the apartments are nice but shoddy.
