Management paints a pretty picture of this community. However, once money is received the pretty picture becomes ugly like the managements attitude.

If you insist on becoming apart of this community you should make sure you read your lease agreement with this community, READ "EVERY WORD" DO NOT LISTEN TO VERBAL WORDS THAT COME OUT OF MANAGEMENTS MOUTH, go with what is written.

Management has made every effort to maintain their hold on your living including entering your private apartment without your consent. Approx three or more mandatory apartment checks are taken advantage of with or without you in your apartment. Management will NOT accommodate nor apologize for ANY inconveniences they place you and or your pets in.

Cars have been vandalized SEVERAL times along with the facilities in this community. Where is the security they first verbally stated they had'!'!'! Well, It wasn't written in the lease the way they portrayed it. Viola, no security!

I AGREE A 110% with what others here on this site are saying in regards to the utility bill with promenade place, this bill is not only questionable but, not one part of it is itemized.

Paying over a thousand dollars a month we feel that we should be entitled to more then one three minute hot shower each day, but for some reason we only get one and the bill continues to soar out of control.

Colorado from my understanding is a mountain/snow state, perhaps these individuals from Texas managing promenade place don't realize this. They "management" insists on not removing the ice and snow from the main road between building 1 and 2 where ALL tenants vehicle must enter and exit. Causing dangerous conditions for tenants and visitors.

P.S. wonderful 5 degree draft from the windows of my apartment.

P.S.S, you may add to the amenities at a minimum once a weekend a drunk individual free of charge urinating on the building in public view and vomit either in the elevators or as you step out of the elevator. Burned in my mind forever, which remained there for 24hours. Calling the office when this happens is not an option since they make their own hours.

I wish I had seen this site prior to signing leases with this community live, learned & will not be signing another lease with promenade place.

Save yourself the aggravation and money, there are plenty of other communities that will treat tenants like yourself with respect for your privacy and care, just not this one.

Honesty, I agree with what was written about Promenade. I have been here for 6 months and have run into many problems with the management as well. Not only are they rude but they clearly don't care about making the residents happy. If you call to talk to someone about a problem you are having, they tell you this is a big complex and we can't possibly manage all of the requests coming in. Well, here is an idea, hire a management staff that wants to do the job and do it well and hire more people to take care of the building. Once our lease is up we are out of here!

We are out of here too! Promenade Place is a joke of a rip-off. I have never lived in a place so perfectly lame. Want to spend thousands on insurance and new car parts? Then move here. It is unsafe to say "This is just city living" when cars are stolen. How about a nightwatchman or a camera or CLOSED garage parking with locking doors? Anyone can walk right up to your front door here. This is ridiculous. Tomorrow, there is a meeting in the resident room with tenants and the Greenwood Village Police. How strange! I've never had to attend such a meeting, even when my rent used to be under 1000. Now I pay 1500 and have to meet with police??? Save your money and buy a house or rent elsewhere. See Palomino Park Resort in Highlands Ranch...it's farther away, but they have a gate attendant and they have closed garages for each unit! Believe what you read about the management. I have never seen such two-faced unprofessional people in my life. They need to let residents READ the lease without talking so much. By the way, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT BY LIVING HERE. THIS IS A LANDLORD'S LEASE...it will not favor the tenant. Once you move in, you're on the hook for high bills, rent, noise, car theft, and no helpful changes from management. Everyone should move out of here.

I hated this place so much all I can say is how glad I am to have left. A total nighmare. What a dump. Rude rude rude rude management, absolutely no respect or professionalism. It is true the windows are very drafty which freezes you in the winter.
