I have to disagree with all of the negative things said about Promenade. I have lived here for over 2 years and have had nothing but a great experiance. The management is always friendly and ready to help in anyway possible and maintenance requests are always completed promptly.They have a hot caterted breakfast monthly for all of the tenants, I dont know any other apartment that offers this.Great place to call home!

Why did the management allow a registered sex offender for child sex abuse to live in Building 1 for 6 months after he was on the GWV police website as a RSO??? By the way, he was on the first floor by the pool where lots of kids are congregating. Any why were they obnoxious and rude to the resident who was kind enough to inform them of this issue, saving them from potential lawsuits?
