I agree with the majority here! Promenade Place has had cars-motorcycles broken into and stolen more times then I care to imagine in ANY newer rental community. I am one out of (Many)of the tenants that has had their car broken into. When I spoke with the P.D. they informed me that several cars are broken into or stolen from Promenade Place each year and many complaints are made to them from other tenants concerned for their property. Although, there is little they can do, do to the community itself and the management here. You can contact the local Greenwood Village Police Department for more information. Strange (LOUD) people move in and out of this place all day and WELL into the night after the leasing office is closed without any of the leasing offices concern. After expressing my concerns, the management told me to contact the police department if I have a complaint with people here after hours. NOT professional management! The last incident of vehicles that were broken into was March 2006 before that was 2005 and the list goes on. If you work hard for the items you have and expect professionalism, don't rent at the Promenade Place.
