Promenade Place is terrible because the management has ignored repeated break-ins and automobile thefts from the parking garage. There is no camera, full-time security, or any other measure being taken to keep us and our cars safe.
In fact, this is the only apartment community where the Police meet with residents on site to discuss what WE can do to be safer. The Management responds to car thefts by saying "Walk in Pairs" and other equally common-sense unhelpful things.
This place costs more than a mortgage on a $500,000 house. Most residents I have met hate it here.

Don't fall for the "year round" pool or the granite counter tops. I'd rather not have my car stolen and have them spend money on a night watchman than have stainless steel. Who cares about Stainless Steel when the real problem is the STEALING ignored by management.
The place can be messy, service elevator is disgusting, and hallways are so noisy. Some residents park very far from units. They give you a shopping cart thing to use for groceries! Ha! Save some cash and look at surrounding places that offer more security. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
