I moved to CO from the east coast and rented this place through the recommendation of a friend. The management seemed nice and friendly before we moved in, but once we were in the apartment and signed the lease, they were very unhelpful with any problems we had with the apartment. The maintenance people were slow to fix problems and tried to blame us for things that broke. The rent is quite high for this area and I do not think you are getting the quality service that they advertise. We also discovered during the course of living at PP that there was a registered sex offender living in the same building. We came across this information by accident, and when we alerted the manager, she was incredibly rude and defensive. She never did let us know what the outcome was and we had to call the headquarters in TX several times to get answers as to why such a high end apartment complex allows registered sex offenders to rent from them - it was an oversight according to the management. There were also multiple car thefts from the garage while we were living there.

By the way , the sex offender was a child abuser and he was living in the first floor of Building 1 where the pool is located along with lots of little kids. He was on the Greenwood Village police website listed as a RSO for about 6 months with Promendade place as his address!

Um... Dude I get the sex offerder thing I don't really find any in GVPD files. Oh, and it is not a high price. It is greenwood village. where rich folks live
