I have been here a couple of months, and do not know what the hype is. I get home later in the evening and I see the patrol guy every evening.
The only problem I had was getting lost finding my way back to my apartment. If you get off on the wrong floor then I can see where you could become upset. It was funny.
I like having the walk way between buildings, I do not get wet when it rains and it keeps the cold air off of me. My neighbors are wonderful and very friendly.

Patrol guy? Where are they when the cars get hit in the garage, and pool parties of college guys throwing snow balls at the building at midnight!

I stay on second floor facing pool and I know that the manager lives on one of the floors facing it also. Who ever you are that is a faults statement. My car did get hit and well you can not blame management for some jerk that has a problem. I still love it here and am renewing my lease. The new staff is wonderful and has taken care of any small issues I may have had. Do not be to quick to judge the staff they are great and very helpful.
