I lived at this residence for approximately 4 years and loved it! I wish I did not have to move, however, after a year of commuting to Boulder every day, I got a little burnt out.

I have not been to any community that makes such an effort in keeping the landscaping beautiful and inviting. The fit and finish of the apartments is top notch in comparison to any that I have seen or lived at. You really cannot get any better than Promenade Place. Lastly, every friend or guest that has visited my apartment makes nothing but great comments about the layout and finish. Many like it more than their own homes....

For those who complain about noise, well, I did not have that issue and can honestly say that if I did I would communicate that to management office. I know the management office has a policy/process like any pother community, they issue the person a warning and if that person fails to comply it can lead to a fine, civil matter, or eviction.

As for theft, I had been there for almost 4 years, own a Mercedes and Acura TL and not one act of crime. Crime is random and only can be deterred to a reasonable extent. We cannot blame the management company for crime when they have a 24 hour security staff in which I see patrolling very often. It is unfortunate for those who have been the victim of vandalism or theft, this act can happen anywhere and any time.

If you are looking for a luxury apartment home led and managed by a great staff than go no further, this is your place.

They must be paying you people to write such crap about this place-I have never lived in a place with more problems-Theft,noise,management-they change staff constantly. My cars were broken into constantly. This place SUCKS!!!! I would NEVER recommend it!
