I cant begin to comprehend where these poor reviews came from. The staff is excellent and attentive. Every one of them will go out of their way to help you and they always have a great attitude. I relocated here from NY so it was a difficult process. I looked at over 8 communities in the area (luxury style) and this is by far the best option. Promenade place has every amenity you need. I highly recommend it and everyone that has visited me agrees.
