This complex looks very nice from the outside, but there are lots of rowdy parties and lots of noise (at times very late at night). Also, some of the people living here are very questionable. We saw a couple of women who were clearly prostitutes entering the complex one late night with very rough looking guys.

The management is unreponsive, rude and downright sneaky. Not very bright, either.

I agree that some people are very rowdy in the complex but the questionable people is just nonsense. I've lived here for over a year and everyone looks pretty normal to me.

Which building do you live in? I would love to know where these parties are happening. I dont hear anything and I am in #2.

In 2006, police busted one prostitution ring in Promenade Place. Here is the link to the DOJ Complaint: www.usdoj.gov/usao/co/press_releases/archive/2006/December0 In ----------, I and my neighbors are sure that one of our neighbors is a prostitute, thankfully she doesn't seem to work at home.
