Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I have lived here 4 years and have very few complaints. Not only are the apartments themselves a cut above the rest, but the grounds and facilities are kept in immaculate condition and it is in a fantastic location. Also, it is extremely quiet and the 24-hour fitness room is the best I have seen at any apartment complex. The only complaints I've had in 4 years is last summer it took them a few weeks to finally fix my AC, which made for some uncomfortable nights. Also, the bike racks are completely packed, so I'm forced to store mine in my apartment. Other than those minor gripes, I highly recommend this place.
