I lived at promenade for 4 years and moved only because we bought a house. We were sad to go. We had a great mountain view, never heard a neighbor through the walls, loved the workout facility and was always able to get help from the office staff. Our apartment was nicely furnished with granite/marble/tile etc. We were also in a great location, able to walk to many restaurants.
