In my experience, the leasing staff is the biggest group of unreasonable, noresponsive, inconsiderate, unprofessional self serving brats that I have ever worked with. If you want something done, you better get the corporate number to Finger Company. It seems that they will only take your request seriously then. This staff picks favorites and seems to forget that they work for the tenants. There are double standards set in every aspect of the work from rent to just giving you problems. Its too bad since the property is quite nice.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF IS GREAT, I DONT HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THIS STAFF, I BEEN WORKING FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS GREAT THEY GIVE YOU THE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT. WE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THE RESIDENTS, RESIDENTS ARE #1 FOR US WE TAKE CARE ANY TYPE OF ISSUE WITH THERE UNIT, THE RESIDENTS ARE HAPPY WITH US, WE TAKE CARE OF THEM. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PERSON IS ANGRY FOR THE FACT THE WE LET THAT PERSON GO, THERE IS A REASON FOR EVERYTHING. IF YOU DO YOUR JOB OFCOURSE YOU WONT GET TERMINATED. THIS IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO WORK FOR. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR STAFF.... WE REALLY LOVE OUR RESIDENTS.
