Enjoyed my stay, no issues

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I needed to get a place near DTC after relocating from Chicago. I read the reviews on Promenade, as well as others, and with all of the negative posts on all of the apartment rental sites, decided to just go with what I liked for the price.
It was a toss up between Promenade and a place off of Hampden (the marks). After meeting someone living at the Marks, I guess either would have worked. Didn't have any issues til the end of the stay, but the staff was quick to fix things the day I called actually.
Parking: Had a spot on my floor. Bonus was I could park a second vehicle on the top of the garage free of charge. Downside: It was my toy (jeep) and received a nasty sticker on the window when the plates went expired, apparently, this is normal at PP.
Crime: Didn't really experience that in the 9 months I was there.
Police patrol: I DID receive an annoying note from the Greenwood Village PD telling me that they noticed my car window was open (nice life when the PD reports that type of stuff).
Had a corner unit in building 3. Only once or twice did I regret that, most of the time, even facing the road between the buildings was acceptable (not noticable).
Annoyances: They do allow dogs and some people think it is ok for their dog(s) to run out of the apartment and bark up a storm at their leisure. Fortunately, that guy didn't move in until I was nearly ready to leave. Couple of annoying "knows everyone's business" types.
I'd highly recommend Promenade Place to anyone considering moving to Denver or needing to live near DTC (3 minute commute for me at the time).
As always, my opinion, your mileage may vary, but I'd definitely check them out when comparing rentals in the area.
