Promenade Place 42% Recommended May 04 2008: I dont know how people can say this place is noisy. I would say the complete opposite. I am often wondering where the residents are!! I just moved here 4 months ago and love it. The staff is friendly and Promenade Place 42% Recommended Apr 30 2008: Most of the reviews that I have read here regarding Promenade Place are consistent with what I experinced. The staff for the complex was arrogant and incompetent. Pinnacle at DTC 38% Recommended Feb 27 2008: DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have and am living here still and I really am trying to move out, I would if I didnt have a room mate who needed to stay. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my Promenade Place 42% Recommended Feb 09 2008: This complex looks very nice from the outside, but there are lots of rowdy parties and lots of noise (at times very late at night). Also, some of the people living here are very questionable. We saw a couple of Pinnacle at DTC 38% Recommended Jan 19 2008: For the price of these apartments (very high, I could have a house) I expected more. We've been let down totally by this place and will not renew our lease. Parking garage stinks, nice that it's covered and that's it. |
