I Have lived At Belle Creek for a Year now, this was my first home alone and I am terrified to be here alone everyday. The leasing agent is extremely rude and doesn't document everything you tell her unless it benefits here. The staff they keep on should be in jail instead of kepping track of apartments. The maintence guy is a drunk and randomly knocks on people doors when he needs a ride to the liquor store and invites himself in whenever. I don't feel comfortable knowing that he has keys to everyones apartment. There have been many incidents with cops at these apartmant which isn't excatly the icing on the cake I want. There has been a murder here and plenty of disturbances. Not only that, but the place is a dump..for what I pay the apartments should be alot nicer living quaters. I don't recomend this place at all, especially if you have children.
