I have to say that on a positive note that the property has a great landscape and is pretty. However beauty is only building deep. I have never seen a management company have such trouble with their communication. No one seems to know what is going on here. AND they have on several occasions slipped up on financial discussions i.e. saying the rent / deposit in one thing .. then they present the lease and it is totally different. They also wont allow you to see the actual apartment before renting which resulted in an apartment that was totally worn down with needed repairs. BEWARE and get everything in writing or you will be sorry
