This person's comments surprise me. I decided to write my story today about how someone called me to tell me a package I had been waiting for was delivered. It was for my daughter's birthday and I was stressing about it being delivered in time. I do not know what the other person writing today dealt with but aside from them being busy, I do not see the rudeness of the office staff. And the maintenance staff always smile in passing in their golf carts.
