The new paint looks good but I must admit it took a while for me to get used to the new color. Just guess I got used to the other color. I like it now. Glad to hear that people get charged if they mess up the carpet. I saw new carpet getting put in a lot and I wondered if we tenants took the hit in rent increases. Getting ready to buy a house in December. I take care of my place-clean and neat. If I do get charged for the carpet, I will be sure to leave feedback for all of you!
