I have been very impressed and happy here. The staff have been just fine, and the grounds are pretty quiet overall. The apartments are a great size and are quiet. Newly painted and carpeted upon move-in...there was no deposit and that was great! (I am a bit nervous about what may be due on move-out, to be honest.)
The maintenance guys are top-notch. They are so friendly and very helpful and pleasant. I have submitted several requests and they are always helpful and on top of things. They don't hesitate to get the job done and I haven't felt ripped-off at all.
My electric/gas are reasonably priced and I feel the apartment is well-insulated. The water is moderately priced.
The grounds are pretty and there is a nice little park for the kids.
My only complaints would be as follows:
The paint is a little funny...everything that touches it marks it.
The garages are too small for anything bigger than a car to fit in. (i.e., our minivan doesn't fit.) However, there is plenty of parking in the lot.
Snow removal sometimes takes them a while.
There is only one place for trash so you might have to walk a ways to throw it away.
The water pressure is really an issue...showers and laundry are fine, but make sure you own a good plunger.

Overall, a great apartment community for families!
