Office staff is nice until they get you to sign that lease. Then they become the rudest people on the planet, have no desire to help you, don't care about you and never try to work with you. They make up bogus fees to charge you for and every person renting there pays a different rental rate they seemingly make up on the spot. The apartments are old and have a lot of maintenance problems.
