I really hope they don't raise my rent too much when my lease renewal comes up in a few months. I really like living here. My apartment is nice and quiet and my neighbors seem nice. Maintenance is always very responsive and friendly.
The gym could be maintained a little better (broken equipment isn't fixed very quickly), but the pool is nice and the clubhouse is a nice amenity. Parking is sometimes a hassle, but nothing too horrible.
I love living here and I hope that it doesn't become too expensive soon. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
