We have been living here since the summer, and I am not exaggerating when I say there is loud and obnoxious construction work every single weekday starting before 9am. First they were working on our stairwell for over a month, jackhammering and banging and shaking the walls. Then they moved on to the next stairwell, and it was just as loud. It's now Sept. and I haven't had a quiet day. I moved here before studying for my bar exam because I heard Highlands Ranch was such a quiet place, but this place is NOT. The apartment itself is nice enough, but the construction makes it unbearable.

This review is 100% correct. They did take $100.00 off 1 months rent because of the construction however they should've done that for every month. We were not told about the construction either or we would have never moved here. The rent is very high and it's unfortunate we haven't been able to enjoy our balcony. The only nice thing about the inside of the apartments is the closet space. My Advise to whoever maybe looking for a place to live is bypass this place.
