The move in deals are sweet, but don?t get hooked! They raised my rent by $160/month in one year and when I needed to move out prior to the end of my lease, I had to pay out big - including paying out the remainder of the lease and paying back the deals they had given me. Nice apartments, but they will nickel and dime you all the way to poverty!
