I lived here for 1 year prior to getting married. Once married I moved into a 2bdrm with my wife and we have yet to have a bad experience. We currently live in the Legacy apartments, but are choosing to leave due to the fact that we want a home.
These are great apartments, the staff is friendly and the maintinence crew is fantastic.
Snow is removed the day it falls (sometimes very early in the morning, but that's not the fault of the Legacy). The parking lot get's swept the hallway lights get changed, and the landscaping looks great all year.

Considering this is my first apartment experience, I would say I have had pretty good luck. I reccomend the 3rd floor simply because you can't hear anyone above you. Moving in and out is a chore, but it's only for a day or two then you get to sit back and enjoy.
