It's a nice place

I lived there 4 years in 1bdrm w/ attached garage. The garage was huge, and the living room was good sized as well, the bedroom was a little cramped. Deck was nice and open. The rent started as high 980, but that was during the telecom boom, and they could get it. When I left they charged 710. The place has central heat and air. It's true the water heater is outside in a separate room on the deck, and when it is really cold your showers should be limited to around 25 minutes or so. The way they routed the hot water pipes takes for ever for the hot water to make it to your faucet. I liked the layout of the apartment and the staff. I'm aware others had problems terminating the lease early. People! That is why you sign the lease! I'm confident the lease says nothing about requiring all monies paid in full upon discussion of terminating a lease early. It does however say that if you default on your rent, they can require full payment of the lease. The terms are all there in black and white, don?t like them don?t sign them. Take some responsibility for your actions! Any problems I had were taken care of, however problems were far and few. Some buildings are louder than others, for the most part they are very quiet. I noticed as the rent went down, more ?rif raf? seemed to show up, so judge accordingly.
