Management is very helpful. Property is well maintained. Very organized and always willing to help. Seems like a safe place to live and I've never had any problems. Manager has been there a long time and knows what she is doing. Early bird basket is a nice incentive to turn your rent in on time. Activities are always a lot of fun and you can tell a lot of work and money goes into them. Best apartment living experience I've ever had!!

Obviously from management. Who else would write "very organized" as a part of their experience living there? Oh yeah, and "early bird basket" comment is just a plea for tenants to please please please pay their rent...from management. What renter would phrase it as "apartment living experience"? Yeah, I thought so, too.
