Listened to Tom Martino on 630 KHOW. Seems a woman was raped by aresident in the complex who resides in a unit across from her and still lives in the unit across from her. Naturally she wanted to see if she could get out of her lease(keep in mind she only had 3 months remaining)management says no, Stating her safety was not her responsibility. She also states that the community resisted strongly just to change her locks. I'm not even from CO and I feel this place is shady. If you like being raped by residents and don't mind management saying "too bad" than this is the place for you.

COaggie was very accurate. Tom Martino is always more than happy to elaborate and discuss the integrity and validity of his stories. If you don't believe him, then pull the police report from the DCSD. The way that poor woman suffered is unforgivable. It's obvious a member of management posted the first response. Using hateful language to emphasize they don't care. It fits their style perfectly. Disgusting. Varying degrees of victimization are a way of life at the legacy.
