When I first moved there, the staff was nice and they offered me a great deal. The place was well maintained and quiet. Within a year, the maintenance had gone to hell and they were letting anyone move in and the noise was too much. They turn there head when it comes to dogs...the people under me had two dogs and ther were probably 10-12 in the building.
Read you lease very carefully. They are trying to charge me for "refurbishing" the apartment...to the tune of $655! They apartment was clean when I left, but in the fine print, it says I have to pay for everything to get the apartment ready to rent.
The staff is a real pain to deal with. I was late on my rent because I was at my sisters FUNERAL and they were threatening me with the lawyers within 24 hours. They are all -------.
I thin the reviews here that are positive were probably written by the staff.
