My roommate and I moved in towards the end of January 2005. Other than a decent amount of office turnover (and never quite knowing who you'll be dealing with), our experience has been pretty good. The rent is great for the area, the grounds are well-maintained, the pool and hot tub are very clean, my building is pretty quiet...basically, everything has worked out well. The lease is coming up for renewal, and they DID raise my rent somewhat (47 dollars); however, getting all of these features for under 800 dollars in this area is unheard of. So, obviously, I am going to renew my lease for the next year.

The Legacy is a good place. You won't be disappointed. Everyone has their own experiences, but I still don't understand the negative reviews. Oh well...
