Read the lease carefully

The apartments were okay. Nothing special. Very generic. I didn't read the lease carefully enough. When I moved, I was responsible for everything. Down to the drain pan under the frig and the burner pans on the stove. Also beware if you sign a lease with a low rate...they will raise it a lot when you renew. Overall the office staff was rude and did not care. Young punk kids from the surrounding houses would jump the fence around the pool or break into the gym on a regular basis.

You're probably one of the rude staff. Blame your momma for raising you to be a rude, stupid -------.

I lived there for a little over a year and didn't get charged a dime when I moved. You must be mad because you were a dirty pig and left the place a mess and had to pay for it... boo hoo blame your mama for raising you wrong pig!

I couldn't agree with Cowboy1962 more. The staff were just horrible to deal with on any level. I was completely ripped off during my lease and at move out. Spencer1959 has Ch***a/T**ry/Re**e written all over it. That's just the kind of foul potty mouth girls they are. It fits their character well. Swear to truthfulness and do the opposite; at the apartments and on apartmentratings.com. Glad we're gone!
