I've lived here for over a year now and I'm very happy with the experience. I moved from another state and was pretty impressed by the office staff's friendliness just over the phone, and once I arrived, was assisted through the moving process quite smoothly.
I also love the maintenance service too. I am considering moving downtown to a more young area but there aren't many places I feel comfortable moving to. What if I move downtown and my air conditioner/dishwasher/etc., breaks' I know if I'm here it's an emergency and they'll come right away to fix it.
I'm sick and tired of kids breaking into our pool and graffiting the complex, too. We pay good money to have nice amenities and then these rich little Highlands Ranch punks come and screw it up. To be honest, I don't know the solution to that problem except sterilization, but some things can't be helped. I've just been calling the cops if I've seen anything happen, and usually Douglas County shows up. (In fact, I was successful in this last night with a disturbance in the parking lot.)
As for the person concerned about her safety in the parking lot: 1. Don't flatter yourself. And 2: I often come home late from the gym and walk all the way through the parking lot back home and am not scared. You just have to be careful. This isn't Aurora or Lakewood, it's Highlands Ranch.

This has management written all over it. Nice try. Of course the staff is nice when you call. They are trained to sell and scam and rip you off. Maintenance? What? Somebody lied to you. Tell your story to the 10 or so people I knew in the complex who almost never had a completely working apartment. Don't EVER let them in when you're not there. I learned the hard way. Amenities? You cant be serious. With or without the punk kids they are nothing special. Don't flatter yourself? WTF is that? If that young woman fears for her safety then she is in fear. Management definitely wrote this review. They don't care and never have. People will complain about anything? A young lady was Raped. Management cared NOT one bit. That's hardly complaining about just anything. On top of that sex crimes are many times never reported. How many others have their been? I just can't believe that I lived at legacy for as long as I did.
