I moved to Legacy a few months ago and the title says it all. This place is despicable. The office staff by far, are the most obnoxious and disgusting people you will ever meet. My apartment is in shambles and they neither care nor adhere to their maintenance policies. My toilet is still broken, A/C blows warm air, and there's enough mildew and mold in my kitchen, bathroom, and flooring to supply a laboratory. These tenements are overpriced and hideously dirty.

The business and fitness centers are outdated by a decade. The maintenance staff is scary and the contractors they use are nasty. The way those filthy vermin whistle at me and other women makes me sick. One of these days someone's gonna slap the ---- outta them.

I'm not shocked at the other reviews to say the least.
Boycott Legacy until they fire the management!
