The staff is not very friendly if they think you can't afford to live there....
Once I got into the apt, the upstairs tenants are extremely noisy. There isn't a parking deck or covered parking outside of the garage.
The apt itself is very nice. I enjoy the layout, but I would not live here if I had the choice. (This is temporary housing for me.)
