My husband and I have lived her for 9 months and so far things have been very good. I don't know where all those negative comments are coming from. I've only had one problem so far with my faucet and someone came to fix it the very next day. Very quick service. It's always been clean and quiet and have never had any problems with neighbors and others in the complex. The snow is plowed quickly and sidewalks are cleared immediately. Everyone who comes to visit says they love the apartment. We looked all over the denver area for apartments and the price and quality cannot compare to what I saw. Everything is nice and well kept. As far as the staff, they've always been helpful and if these people who are complaining so much about them, then maybe its because they (as the tenants) are hard to work with' It's a nice area, people are friendly, and I'd much rather live here than somewhere where it might be a little cheaper and its ugly, old, and in a bad neighborhood.

No, I do not work here!! I moved here from Texas. And I really have had a good experience thus far.
