Lived here for years but the manager and assistant manager really stink. The assistant manager Renee is really rude and is a fake and a liar. She thinks she is all that but is really kind of ghetto. The front office is cool and the guy Terry has is it together and knows what's going on. Overall it's a pretty good place to live except for the rent increases. The roofs and windows leak every time it rains which is a pain and they just blow you off on that. Better get an old towel to soak it up.
