My first year here was pleasent and i enjoyed my stay. This was probably because i didn't have much interaction with the front staff. I decided to renew my lease and the very next day i got a job offer (was unemployed) for a great position 45 miles away. I asked the front office if they would let me out of my renewed lease since i signed it the day before and was not at the end of my 1st lease yet. They are apperently heartless and don't care as they refused to let me out of my lease saying it was too late to do anything about it. Now as i'm trying to break my lease and pay HUGE fines they refuse to answer my calls or ever talk to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was told when i first moved in that i could give 60 days notice to break the lease at no charge... and of course this is apperently up to the discretion of the manager... who will of course say no.

The maintenance is sub par, kids constantly are breaking into the pool or gym and leaving beer cans behind. EVERYONE in highlands ranch parks in our lot when there is an event during the summer which happens every weekend.

The manager Rene is incredibly rude to everyone if you need something. She does treat new customers well until you sign so don't be fooled. Also this complex has had a sting of break ins the last few months where the front door is kicked in or they go thru the porch door since that is poorly constructed.

I would Highly recommend against living here unless you plan to never move don't mind rate increase and poorly built apartments.
