We have rented for the last 25 years and this is the nicest complex we have ever lived in, and the grounds are beautiful. Maintanance is also very good. GREEN RIVER Love it hear, hate to move and recommend it - I have lived in three different aparments in Palomino park, all in green river and have loved every minute of it. I can say that being in the townhouse style, i never hear my neighbors and it honestly feels like living in a house. I live beneath a Basketball Court The staff is not very friendly if they think you can't afford to live there....

Terrible. The apartments and management are just horrible. Rent is outrageous and they never fix anything. Complex is very noisy and is becoming low quality. Some of the people are just plain scary. Trust me, you don't want to live here.

12 mo The complex is very nice. Office Staff always helpful. Problems with water pressure. The only reason I am moving is because the raised the rent so high to renew my lease . I feel like they want more money not a good renter. Over all is you want to pay the high price to live here. its 4 stars.

I love living here! I really hope they don't raise my rent too much when my lease renewal comes up in a few months. I really like living here. My apartment is nice and quiet and my neighbors seem nice. Maintenance is always very responsive and friendly.
