Terrible, don't live here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived here for 2 years. They have turned over managment 4 times. The current manager is not friendly or helpful and the maintenance is terrible. I tried talking to the owners, they would not call me back. It is dirty and noisy. This has basically become the "projects" of Lafayette. I will move as soon as I can. Rent is high, and they have sporadically changed my lease twice. I thought it was a legal binding contract. Not so. If I could afford a lawyer I'd sue their pants off.
