This place has hit the skids in the last few years. There were so many managers, I lost track. I moved into my wife's apartment and was welcomed by the manager with "I'm going to run a criminal background check on you." When the maintainence man put his speakers out his window and turned up head banger music at 10:30 on a sunday morning with beer in hand, I new we were pretty much finished. Their $500 referral program went unpaid for several months as the manager tried to reneg on the whole deal leaving several residents wondering why they had driven business to these lamers to begin with. Peakview just handed out several hundreds of dollars in fines for dog poop, cigarette butts, trash, and the like. Now they want to "inspect" everyone's apartment. I guess I'll just have to wait another few months while they turn over the staff yet again. It's a shame because this was a nice place.

Wow, I think you people need to stop whinning, after all the working class most likly pay most of your rent.You know Puke22..You need to get a haircut,put those stanky cig's down,.stop mooching off of that poor woman,And go get a job!!You are one of the lazyest loosers I have ever had the displeasure of having to look at everyday..YOU NEVER KNOW, MAYBE............HA HA HA Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa nevermind..lol

Maybe if "canoeyphooey," also known as Patrick Crain, would focus on not making other people's lives as miserable as his... Maybe if he would spend more time on not falling down drunk, screwing over his so-called friends, and ripping people off...maybe his life would get better? Doubtful, but there's always a chance.
