I've resided here for several years. We have had 4 differant managers. I pay 18.00 for my carport monthly. I've always had a tag and recently everybody in the carports were given a new permit tag to put on their rearview mirror to prove that they pay for their privilage to park there. Now, there is one car that myself and several other residents have questioned as to being permitted to park in the carport. And for several years we have alerted the managers and also the assistant managers to this. Nothing ever gets done and now everybody who is legally parking there has a tag but NOT these people. Again it has been brought to the attention of the new manager - who used to be the assistant manager, and STILL nothing gets done. This resident isn't part of the staff, they just reside here. I for one thoroughly resent that these people continually get free carport parking while the rest of us pay. The thing that really pisses me off is that these decieving individuals only park there on weekends and in the evenings, when they know that nobody will catch them in the act and put a tow sticker on them. Also, they always invite their family members or friends to park in that spot or the spot right next to it. This was also made clear to management and once again, it was ignored. we've even given the management the apartment number, the carport number and licence plate number so they could research this and respond to this complaint. wouldn't you think that with so many tips to management, with so many managers over the years, and some of the staff living on the property to check it out during off hours, that by now some action would have been made'

Ah, so you do agree with me that people should not give a bad review over something that is just silly. This is a nice complex and the person that wrote this review is the ding bat that has nothing better to do but to complain about stupid crap, and should remember the employee's of this property are just people that work here. So hopefully the person that wrote this review will understand give a bad review if the apartment sucks!!!!!! Not because staff changes and people park where there not suppose to after office hours and all the other bla bla bla crap. Complain about something normal and not about BS and mind your own business and not your neighbors business. And again have some respect for where you live, don't bad mouth it unless it truley sucks. And by the way, you forgot to check my spelling.....I also still think your wrong regarding the property manager lease sighning stuff. Have a good weekend.

I acknowledge your opinion. Mine differs. And as I work for a law firm, I continue to disagree with your claim about the leases. They're invalid if not signed by a certified real estate agent. We've prosecuted a number of these fraudulent documents. But yes, the truly stupid stuff doesn't really warrant a negative review. These sites are set up, though, so that everyone can have an opinion, whether we agree with it or not. As for spelling, I don't have enough time in my day to correct your poor spelling and grammar.
