Truly Frightening

If you are considering a move here, do your reading and research 1st. The other reviews do not exaggerate. If you need more info. check into the histories of the management company and the previous management companies as well as the owners. These have changed over the years(that fact in and off itsself should frighten the intelligent renter): Wakefield Properties, Omni Properties, Trinity properties. I won't repeat the allegations made in other posts except to confirm allegations of extreme reverse discrimination, severe neglect, and abusive treatment of residents. If you want to be treated like walking $ and nothing more by a big corporation like one of these then by all means this is your answer. I would think that the wise individual would want to steer clear of soulless corporations when there are so many alternatives today such as thousands of postings on Craig's list that offer so much more for so much less. And the kicker, how nice to deal with an individual landlord, someone with a heart and a brain instead of a cruel mindless corporation. Beware of this one, folks, and always investigate the management company of any rental property. Save yourself grief that could last years. Be wise. Take the time. Investigate.
