DEPOSIT RIP OFFS GALORE and POOR REPAIRS

Watch out for these guys. Apartment was consistantly in need of repair. Structural cracking apparent inside apartment, broken/torn screns, leaks in both kitchen and bath. Issuse took 3 months each to be addressed. Upon leaving, I had my apartment professionally cleaned and returned all keys etc. Was charged for keys, charged $200 for cleaning and painting. Although any painting needed was due to water damage from leaks. When I called to dispute charges the manager would just hang up. I am currently in the middle of a lawsuit with the apts. WATCH OUT.
