I had a lease for 9 months, and I hated it here. The staff was rude - there's no other way to put it. They seemed offended every time I walked into the leasing office, and weren't very helpful with problems. We could always find parking, but half the time we had to park on the other side of the complex. Trash pickup was a pain - they're very strict about when you can put trash out - but we were all in class at that time.

I was also a bit miffed that they had a contract with Sprint when we were there. Sprint sucks, but I guess I'm not reviewing Sprint.

They did have a nice pool, and there was a lot of space inside. Unfortunately, our storage closet was already occupied with a detached fire hydrant when we moved in. It was too heavy to throw over the balcony, and too dirty to drag through the apartment. So we called the office, and they didn't do anything about it.

The plus side is that it was pretty quiet. We could hear the people above us walking occasionally, but I think most apartments have that.
