Since the new management company took over in May 2006, this place has really gone down hill. The office staff act like they are 16 year old girls. They should not be in the business of office management and often drop the ball on items. I reported that there were no pet pick up bags in my area of the complex: A month later the bags were replaced. A used pregancy test along with other trash are littering the green space area making it gross to walk around. Parking can be a problem because people park illegally all the time. Nice apartment as long as you don't have to interact with the office management or maintenance staff. Also, rent is going up while services have diminished.
