New Management Company

A new management company took over the summer of 2006 and they are awful. Their customer service skills are extremely lacking. We have been living there for 4 years and this place has really gone down in the past 6 months. The treadmill has been broken for 2 months. The snow removal was awful. The hot tub has been broken numerous times and they take weeks to fix it. You can live in a much nicer apartment complex for the same $$ in Superior or Lousiville.
