They look good, but are terrible. The plumbing is horrible and the water pressure is really bad. The walls are paper thin and you hear all your neighbors conversations and more. They are very cheaply built and you will have a lot of maintenance issues the older they get
They will do nothing about noise, which is a large problem.
You will hear every step your upstairs neighbors take (and their kids running/jumping around at 11 pm).
It was over priced to begin with and now they are taking advantage of long term residences buy jacking up rent in a poor housing/great renter market. They wasted money on re-paving the parking lots and re-painting balconies that had no need for it. They obviously have more money then they need and want to keep up an appearance that these places are nice while overcharging residents. Don't be fooled.

The do nothing about dogs barking, loud music, and real maintenance issues. But... they will come around under the guise of "routine maintenance" to see if there is any issue they can charge you for... and they will charge you a lot! They will come in your home and look through your place while you are not home saying its maintenance, but really they are looking for any thing they can charge you for (invading your privacy with no reason, police can't even do that!).

Everything is over priced. The rent, pet rent (what a terrible new way to rip people off), garages, you name it. Trust me, you can live in a much better area, with less crime, for this much.
