I'm reviewing because reviews on this site almost made me decide not to live here, but my experience here has been very different than other reviewers'. The staff was very helpful. I moved from out-of-state, and my numerous questions were answered through e-mail and phone. My apartment was exceptionally clean when I moved in. I had brought a carpet shampooer, prepared for the worst, but it wasn't needed.

I can occasionally hear the people above me, but not often, especially with my TV on. I haven't heard my next door neighbors yet. I have a dog, and all the other dog owners have been very friendly and helpful, more so than I expected. Some people don't pick up their pet waste, but most do. There are gaps of time between refill of the pet waste bags. Otherwise, the complex is clean.

The area will only seem ghetto if you're used to an all-white McMansion neighborhood. There's a trailer park nearby, and there are some sketchy people walking down the road, but they don't wander the complex, and it's easy to avoid that part of down. Access to Boulder, Louisville, Broomfield, and other cities is good. The 20 minute drive to Boulder is worth the increase of what I'm getting for my money.

For me, there is one major downside: There are A LOT of children around here. Be prepared to see them riding their bikes around the parking lot all evening.

This is my first apartment, and so far it has been much better than expected. I can see myself staying until I'm ready to purchase my own home.
